This course surveys major world events from 1900 to present. It is designed to increase our understanding, not only of these events, but their causes and significance for us today. Most importantly, our goal is to think like an historian; to be equipped tor life long learning about our world through historical inquiry.

 

As well us several small assignments and tests you will be required to complete 2 individual projects. For these you will be encouraged to follow your own research interests to create a product that summarizes your learning. A final assessment will also take place in the form of an exam or project.
